United Way of King County Offers Free Tax Preparation Services

There is still plenty of time to get your taxes filed this season, with help from United Way of King County’s free tax preparation services. United Way is offering free tax preparation services online and at 30 locations throughout King County from now through April 19, 2018. Households making under $66,000 can have their taxes prepared by a certified tax preparer, and they can get connected to other community resources and public benefits.

Four in-person locations are available in North King County:

Shoreline Hopelink (17837 Aurora Avenue N, Shoreline, WA 98133)
Mondays, 5:00 to 9:00 p.m.
Wednesdays, 3:00 to 9:00 p.m.
Saturdays: 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Shoreline Goodwill (14500 15th Ave. NE, Shoreline, WA 98155)
Mondays & Wednesdays, 5:00 to 9:00 p.m.
Saturdays, 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Shoreline Community College (PUB (9000) Building 16101 Greenwood Ave. N, Shoreline WA, 98133)
Tuesdays, 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Wednesdays, 3:00 to 7:00 p.m.

Lake City Neighborhood Service Center (12525 28th Ave. NE, Seattle, WA 98125)
Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, 5:00 to 9:00 p.m.
Saturdays, 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

    File your taxes in person at one of 30 locations throughout King County. Locations have convenient hours to meet your schedule, and no appointments are needed.
