To request a copy of a Lake Forest Park Police Department report, call the Lake Forest Park Police Department‘s Records Section at 206-364-8216. You can also come into the Police Department on the secoond floor of City Hall and fill out a request form. The request form MUST be filled out in order to receive the copy of the report. By State Law the Records Section must respond to your request within five business days. The response may be to advise you the copy is ready for you to pick up, however in some instances the Records Section may need more time to respond to your request and you will be advised of this.

Police reports often contain sensitive information. Before you recieve a report, be awasre that this information will be blocked out so it can't be read.

If you are listed as the victim in the police report there is no fee to obtain a copy. If you are not listed as the victim there is a $5.00 processing fee for a copy of the report.
