Reimaging Town Center

Madison Marquette, the owner of the Towne Centre, is beginning a re-imaging of the property. The proposed project includes new facades, proposals for new signage. The work on the new look is scheduled to begin in April, after the permits are submitted, reviewed and approved by the City.

The construction is planned for three phases starting in April and depending on weather, ending in October. Phase one will be the area near Mudd Bay and continuing past Albertsons. The second phase will go around Hollywood Video and around past Third Place Books. The third phase will be the upper level stores that continue toward the Windermere building. Businesses will remain open during the re-imaging project.

The redevelopment of Towne Centre by Madison Marquette, which could include mixed-use development, is still in the planning stage.
