Make a Difference at Grace Cole Nature Park

Saturday, October 20

9 a.m. - 12 noon

This spring and summer a group of dedicated volunteers have been clearing ivy from Cole Nature Park. We will be adding to their efforts by removing blackberries and planting conifers and other native trees. Bring work gloves, shovels, and hoes and dress appropriately. This is a great activity for the whole family and a way to meet other City residents. Come see how well the park is progressing and hear about future plans.

Enjoy pizza at City Hall after the work party.

Directions to the park: Go west on NE 178th and make a left on 28th Ave. NE. Continue till you see a parking area on your right. We will meet there. Cole Nature Park is located at the intersection of NE 30 and NE 166.
