Please join me in welcoming David Cline, the new City Administrator. David brings to our City a depth of experience, including dealing with town center redevelopment and capital improvement plans. David is energetic and enthusiastic. He will be a real asset to the City.

Cline served as the Burien Interim and Assistant City Manager. David also worked for King County District Court and King County, and for USAID in Bolivia.

In his application, Cline said,  "Lake Forest Park's challenges are of particular interest to me, negotiating a successful development agreement for Town Center, developing a Parks Legacy project and creating a long term capital and transportation plan."
