Lake Forest Park Rotary
LFP Rotary provides service to those in need both within the Lake Forest Park community and around the world.The group is involved in a number of projects, including the Community Bread Run, annual Christmas Sharing Tree (lower level, Towne Centre in December) and Rotary First Harvest.
Shoreline/Lake Forest Park Arts Council
The Shoreline Lake Forest Park Arts Council is a community-based arts organization whose mission is to nurture and support the arts in Shoreline and Lake Forest Park. The Arts Council supports, coordinates and sponsors performances, exhibitions, and other arts programs, activities and events celebrating the visual and performing arts. They sponsor the annual Shoreline Arts Festival, the fourth weekend in June, featuring entertainment, music and dance, juried art shows for adults and students, a photography show, artists and crafters in action, hands-on art opportunities, readings, theatre presentations, a used-book sale, and food. It is a nonprofit organization that receives support from the City.

Third Place Commons
Third Place Commons is Lake Forest Park's community gathering place, managed by Friends of Third Place Commons, a nonprofit organization that receives support from the City. The Commons collaborates with a community groups and indiviuals to host a variety of meetings, events and activities. The Commons is open 362 days a year during Towne Centre hours. Annual events include the Cummunity Breakfast in February, Secret Gardens of Lake Forest Park in June, LFP Reads throughout the summer, Children's Festival in early October, the Community Halloween Pary, October 31st.
Lake Forest Park Commons Farmer's Market
The LFP Commons Farmer's Market is managed by Friends of Third Place Commons, a nonprofit organization. The Market received funding from the King County Community Service Fund, awarded by the King County Council. The City of Lake Forest Park also provided startup funds, awarded by the LFP City Council. The market is open Sundays from 11 am to 4 pm, mid-May - early October.
Lake Forest Park/Shoreline Senior Center
The Senior Center is a lively place, offering classes, meals, social activities and friendship. The Center is located at Shoreline Center, 18560 1st Ave. NE #1, Shoreline, WA 98155. Call (206) 365-1536 for more information. The Center serves adults over 50, offering special classes for the not-yet-retired set.

KCLS: Lake Forest Park Branch Library
This branch is located on the lower level of Town Center. There is an active community group, Friends of the Lake Forest Park Library, that sponsors events and funds special library needs, raising money through book sales. Ask at the library front desk for information about the group.
