Wildlife Management Plan
Wildlife Taskforce
The Wildlife Task Force was commissioned in September 2011 by the City Council to develop a plan that supports human coexistence with urban wildlife. The members of the task force were selected from existing City commissions.

The task force worked diligently through December 2011 collecting information from a variety of sources including Project Coyote, Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife, PAWS, the Humane Society and residents of Lake Forest Park. This information was used to develop the wildlife management plan that has been accepted by the City Council and was used as a guide to develop and adopt the wildlife ordinance.
