The City operates the sewer utility for most of the City.  Utility Billing is responsible for all municipal sewer utility billing including wastewater excise tax and bimonthly sewer bills.

Billing Information
The current property owner is responsible for all charges on the bill. By law, the charges remain with the property. If ownership of the property changes, the buyer and the seller must arrange for payment of all charges.

Billing Cycle
Bills are sent out every two months.
