All applications require a Washington State Driver‘s License or ID card with a Lake Forest Park address

CPL replacement (lost / stolen / damaged)
Late Renewal (Renewal Fee + $10 late fee up to 90 Days after expiration date)
Original application (Fingerprints Required)
Renewal (may apply up to 90 days prior to expiration)
Note: Fees are due with application submission. Fees can be paid either in cash, (exact amount) or by check. (Check must show your Lake Forest Park address and phone number.)
Note: All fees are non refundable, even if the application / permit is denied.

Firearms Laws
State of Washington firearms laws can be found in the Revised Code of Washington (RCW) 9.41. The City of Lake Forest Park firearms laws can be found in the Lake Forest Park Municipal Code (LFPMC). Scroll the city list for Lake Forest Park, once there, type 9.06 in the search box.

If you don’t live in Lake Forest Park
If you do not reside in Lake Forest Park, you must go to the city or county in which you live in. If you are in an un-incorporated city, you can apply at the sheriff's office in the county in which you reside.
