SMP: Draft Plans
The Shoreline Master Program is a hybrid policy document incorporating broad policies and detailed regulatory provisions that limit uses in specific ways. The policies and regulations of the Shoreline Master Program apply within 200 feet of the shoreline of Lake Washington. The goal of the Shoreline Master Program is to ensure no net loss of ecological functions in the shoreline areas.
