The local rules of Lake Forest Park Municipal Court allow eligible teen drivers to request have their cases transferred to Teen Court. Your case will not be referred to Teen Court until you pay a $30.00 transfer fee. You must agree to pay this fee within three (3) days to be referred to Teen Court.

Once your case is transferred to Teen Court, you may wish to submit an electronic written statement in lieu of appearing at the hearing. You must submit this form to the Clerk at least three (3) business days before the hearing. You must use a valid email address so that the Court can advise you of the result of the hearing. No appeal may be taken from the result.
