The local rules of Lake Forest Park Municipal Court allow you to submit a written request for a deferred finding. If you are currently scheduled for a deferred finding hearing, this form must be received by the Clerk at least three (3) business days before the hearing. You must agree to pay a $150.00 Administrative Fee within 30 days of entry. You must use a valid email address so that the Court can advise you of the result of the hearing. No appeal may be taken from the result.
