CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Hutchinson called the April 7, 2001 council retreat to order at 8:30 a.m. at the interim city hall.
WORK PLAN FOR 2001
--Priorities, Timing, Assignments
Those present participated in a discussion of council work plan priorities. Agenda item topics for the 2001 work plan receiving support of the majority were: sanitary sewer utility, community center, Endangered Species Act (ESA) issues, and gambling.
A 15-minute recess was called for at 10 a.m.
The council retreat was resumed at 10:15 a.m.

A discussion of issues related to council-adopted policies followed. The administration provided a report on various departmental activities.
